Shangrala dreams
in mind where it seems
I'm rhythmically vibrating

in mind and in heart
within and apart
while calmly meditating

awareness of breath
is all I have left
it's rhythm is enthralling

coming and going
air keeps on flowing
something somewhere keeps calling

a voice from beyond,
from where I belong
totally transforming
